Cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 2
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- parsley - 1 tsp
- chicken bouillon cube - 1 item
- finely chopped celery - 1/2 c
- diced potatoes - 3 c
- finely chopped carrots - 1/2 c
- Velveeta - 1/2 lb
How to make cheese soup:
Simmer all ingredients, except milk, flour and Velveeta, for 20 minutes until tender. Add milk and flour. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened. Add Velveeta and stir until melted.
