Chicken roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth - 1 c
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cooked diced chicken - 2 c
- stalks chopped celery - 3 item
- box seasoned croutons - 1 item
How to make chicken roll-ups:
Mix together chicken, celery, onion and cream cheese. Set aside. Lay out the crescent rolls and spread them out gently with fingers. Put about 1/4 cup mixture into each crescent. Close each up and roll in melted butter and crushed croutons. Bake at 375°. Turn them after 15 to 20 minutes and bake 15 to 20 more minutes until golden brown.Sauce: Heat cream of chicken soup and chicken broth together and serve over roll-ups.
