Chicken roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can biscuits 10 - 1 item
- chicken breasts boneless, boiled and chopped or pulled - 4 item
How to make chicken roll-ups:
Combine first three ingredients (do not use all of the cheese). Roll out each biscuit and fill with 2 tablespoons of chicken mixture. Roll up and place in a greased baking dish. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 400° oven. Remove from oven. Combine soup and milk; pour over biscuits and sprinkle with cheese.
