  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • chicken breasts - 2 item
  • rice - 1 c
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can celery soup - 1 item
  • frozen broccoli pieces - 1 pkg
  • 1/2 cans water or broth from chicken - 1 item
  • almond slices or crushed potato chips - 1 item

How to make chicken and broccoli casserole:

Boil chicken to tender. Let cool, then bone and cut into pieces. Saute onion in margarine; add broccoli. Place all ingredients in slightly greased casserole in this order: dry rice, chicken, onions and broccoli, soups and liquid. Stir and then sprinkl
