- milk - 1 item
- butter or Crisco - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- spaghetti noodles - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts - 1 pkg
- Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
- dry spaghetti mix and 1 6 oz - 1 pkg
How to make chicken parmesan:
Pound chicken until thin. Soak in milk. Follow directions on spaghetti sauce package. Mix together the bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and coat chicken. Fry in butter or butter-flavored Crisco until browned on both sides. Place chicken, sauce and cheese in casserole pan and bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
