  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • whole kernel corn - 2 c
  • pimento, chopped - 1/4 c
  • cooked limas - 2 c

How to make lima bean and corn casserole:

Make white sauce using first 5 ingredients. Cook 3 minutes after it thickens. Add remaining ingredients and top with bread crumbs, mixed with the melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
