Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- whole kernel corn - 2 c
- pimento, chopped - 1/4 c
- cooked limas - 2 c
How to make lima bean and corn casserole:
Make white sauce using first 5 ingredients. Cook 3 minutes after it thickens. Add remaining ingredients and top with bread crumbs, mixed with the melted butter. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Casseroles.
