Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 item
- chicken cutlets, cubed
- Marsala wine - 1 item
How to make chicken marsala:
Cube cutlets. Dip in bread crumbs. Brown in margarine. Add 1 can chicken broth and mushrooms. Add Marsala wine to taste. Simmer covered 30 to 40 minutes, until mixture thickens.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
