Ingredients/Components
- stick butter - 1 item
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- Marsala wine - 1/2 c
- halves boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 6 item
- sliced Prosciutto ham - 1/4 lb
How to make chicken marsala:
Preheat oven to 350°. Bread chicken and brown both sides. Layer in baking pan the chicken, Prosciutto ham, then Mozzarella cheese. In a medium frying pan, melt butter and saute mushrooms. Add chicken broth and Marsala and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour sauce over chicken and bake for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
