Chicken marsala
Ingredients/Components
- clove garlic - 1 item
- can beef broth - 1 3/4
- chicken tenders - 1/2 1
- sweet Marsala wine - 1/2 c
- can mushrooms or use fresh - 1 oz
How to make chicken marsala:
Add salt, pepper and flour to cutlets. Brown in butter and remove from pan. Add mushrooms, broth and wine. Heat to boiling and boil 1 or 2 minutes. Return chicken to skillet. Heat to boiling. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer 30 minutes. Thicken sauce with flour to desired consistency. Serve over rice or pasta.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Chicken breast.
