- large onion, thinly sliced - 1 item

- 8-inch tortillas - 12 item
- large green bell pepper, thinly sliced - 1 item
- large red pepper, thinly sliced - 1 item

How to make chicken fajitas:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add green and red pepper, onion and garlic. Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Remove vegetables with slotted spoon; set aside. Add chicken and oregano to skillet. Cook 4 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in center, stirring occasionally. Return vegetables to skillet. Add water. Season with salt and pepper, if desired; cover. Continue cooking 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Meanwhile, warm tortillas following package directions. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture; serve with guacamole, if desired.Nutrients per serving: 286 calories, 7 g fat, 30 mg cholesterol, 31 mg sodium.
