Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- butter, melted
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- crushed cornflakes - 3 c
- parsley - 1/4 c
- Accent - 1 Tbsp
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 12 item
How to make honey-baked chicken:
Wash and pat dry chicken and dip in butter. Roll in a mixture of the dry ingredients and place in a foil-lined pan. Combine leftover butter and remaining liquid ingredients and pour over chicken in the pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, covered in foil.
