Curry chicken
Ingredients/Components
- evaporated milk - 1/3 c
- soft butter - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 1/2
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- fine bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- grated American cheese - 1/2 c
- whole chicken breasts, boned and cut up in fourths - 3 item
- fresh broccoli or 1 box frozen, chopped broccoli
How to make curry chicken:
Have chicken cooked. Cook broccoli until almost tender. Place broccoli in 2-quart baking dish. Place chicken on top. Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken and sprinkle with butter and bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until thoroughly heated.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken wing.
