Swiss chicken
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- slices Swiss cheese - 6 item
- seasoned pepper - 1/8 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 3/4
- skinned and boned chicken breast halves - 6 item
- herb seasoned stuffing mix - 2 c
How to make swiss chicken:
Place chicken in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; sprinkle with garlic powder and seasoned pepper. Top each breast with cheese slice; set aside. Combine soup and milk, stirring until smooth; pour over chicken. Sprinkle with stuffing mix and drizzle with butter. Bake chicken at 350° for 50 minutes or until chicken is done.
