Ingredients/Components
- skinned, boneless chicken breast halves - 4 item
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- chicken flavor instant bouillon - 2 tsp
- flour tortillas, warmed - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1 item
- garnishes
How to make chicken fajitas:
In plastic bag, combine lemon juice, vegetable oil, garlic and bouillon. Marinate chicken in this 2 hours or overnight (the longer you marinate the better). Remove from marinade; grill or broil as you like, basting frequently. Slice chicken into strips; place on tortillas. Top with cheese and garnishes.
