Chicken fajitas
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- salsa - 1 item
- shredded lettuce - 1 item
- skinned and boned chicken breasts - 4 item
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- flour tortillas - 4 item
- chicken bouillon - 2 tsp
- Garnishes: chopped tomatoes
- slices American cheese, cut in strips - 4 item
- slices of green onion - 1 item
How to make chicken fajitas:
Garnishes: chopped tomatoes shredded lettuce slices of green onion salsa Combine lemon juice, oil, garlic and bouillon in a bowl or plastic bag. Add chicken breasts. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight. Remove chicken from marinade; grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade. Slice chicken in strips; place on tortillas.
