Ingredients/Components
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- chopped, cooked chicken - 3 c
- grated Cheddar cheese save a little for topping - 2 c
- chopped onion, cooked - 1/2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- jalapeno pepper chopped - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Mix milk, soup and pepper. Fill each tortilla with chicken mixture, cheese and soup. Place tortillas in a 9 x 13-inch pan and cover with remaining soup mixture. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
