Ingredients/Components
- water
- Minute rice - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item
- can celery soup - 1 item
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Mix together uncooked rice, soups and water. Pour into large casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Lay 4 to 6 chicken breast halves on top of rice mixture. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Uncover and sprinkle dry onion soup mix over top of chicken bRecipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
