Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- soup can milk - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- grated Longhorn cheese - 2 c
- cooked, boned, cut up chicken - 1 c
- Tear tortillas and stir into mixture
- generous dash of garlic powder - 1 item
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Put chicken, soup, milk, onion, and chilies in pot and bring to boil. Tear tortillas and stir into mixture. Alternate mixture layers with cheese, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 325° for approximately 25 minutes.
