How to make chicken enchiladas:
Saute onion in margarine. Combine with soups, broth, green chilies and sour cream. Add deboned chicken. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer half of the tortillas, then half of the chicken mixture, then cheese. Repeat layers.
