Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- dry onion soup - 1 pkg
- pieces chicken - 10 item
- raw, regular rice - 1 c
How to make chicken delight:
Put rice in a 9x 12-inch glass pan. Mix half the dry soup with rice. Place chicken over rice. Mix mushroom soup with 2 cans of water. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle other half of dry soup on top. Bake at 325° for 2 hours. Serves 10.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
