Ingredients/Components

  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • light cream - 1 c
  • can chicken broth - 1 3/4
  • curry powder - 2 tsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
  • chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, boned and chopped - 4 item

How to make chicken curry:

In a saucepan, melt butter and saute onion, garlic and curry until onions are soft. Stir in flour. Gradually stir in chicken broth and cream. Stir over low heat constantly until sauce bubbles and thickens. Add chicken, salt and pepper.

Note: This recipe is good for leftover turkey or lamb (chopped) as a substitute for chicken.
