Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 1 c
- whole chicken do not cut up - 1 item
How to make soy chicken:
In a wok or Dutch oven, mix sugar and soy sauce; heat to boiling. Add chicken, baste with sauce and return to boiling. Lower heat to medium, cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes, turning and basting chicken every 5 minutes.
