Chicken crunch
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- seasoned stuffing - 1 c
- chicken parts - 2 lb
How to make chicken crunch:
Mix 1/3 cup mushroom soup, 1/4 cup milk, onion and parsley. Dip chicken in soup mixture, then roll in stuffing. Place in shallow baking dish. Pour butter on chicken. Bake in a 400° oven for 1 hour. Combine remaining soup and milk in dregs of first mixture. Heat, stirring occasionally. Serve over chicken or in gravy boat. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
