Ingredients/Components
- water - 3/4 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chicken - 2 lb
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- finely crushed pkg - 1 c
How to make chicken crunch:
Mix 1/3 cup soup, 1/4 cup water and onion. Dip chicken in soup mixture; roll in stuffing. Place in shallow baking dish and drizzle with butter. Bake at 400° for 1 hour. Combine remaining soup and water. Heat; stir. Serve over chicken. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Chicken, Poultry, Meat.
