Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved - 4 item
How to make chicken rolls:
Dip each breast half into melted butter. Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; mix well. Coat chicken pieces on both sides in bread crumb mixture. Roll up chicken pieces tightly; place in baking dish so pieces are touching. Sprinkle with extra butter and bread crumbs.
