Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • salad oil - 1/3 c
  • onion juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • salt and pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • melted butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 1/2
  • whole chicken breasts boneless - 8 item
  • packaged stuffing mix - 1 c

How to make crab stuffed chicken breasts:

Melt butter or margarine; add stuffing mix, 1/2 cup undiluted mushroom soup, crab, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Mix well. Sprinkle inside of chicken breasts with salt. Spoon stuffing down center of each breast; roll up and fasten with metal skewers.

In saucepan, over medium heat, combine rest of undiluted mushroom soup with oil, milk, onion juice and pepper until a blended bubbly sauce.

Preheat broiler 10 minutes. Broil stuffed chicken breasts 6-inches from heat for 15 minutes, turning once. Brush with some of the sauce, then broil 15 minutes longer, turning and basting once more. Remove skewers, then serve, passing rest of sauce.
