Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 1 item
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- thin slices deli ham - 6 item
- boneless chicken breast halves, skinned - 6 item
- slices Swiss cheese, cut in 1/2 lengthwise into 6 strips - 3 item
How to make chicken cordon bleu:
Flatten the chicken breasts with wooden mallet and season with salt and pepper. Roll the strips of cheese in the ham slices and place in the center of the flattened breast.
