Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- dairy sour cream - 2 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- paprika - 2 tsp
- garlic powder - 4 cloves,
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 tsp
- parsley - 2 tsp
- chicken breasts - 10 (24
- poultry seasoning - 2 tsp
- cornflake crumbs - 1 item
- celery salt or ground seed - 2 tsp
How to make oven fried chicken:
Cut chicken breast into half. Wipe dry; remove skin and excess fat. In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except margarine and cornflakes. Stir well. Add chicken.
