Ingredients/Components
- whole chicken breasts, cooked save broth - 4 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- cooked rice - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 8 Tbsp
- half and half cream - 2 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
- small boxes Velveeta cheese - 2 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Over low heat, mix butter, cream, chicken broth and cheese, stirring often. Mix until all ingredients come together into a sauce. In a casserole dish, put chicken and broccoli along the bottom. Pour sauce over it, then add the rice to the sauce. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
