Breakfast pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 5 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- Parmesan optional - 2 Tbsp
- frozen loose-pack hash browns, thawed - 1 c
How to make breakfast pizza:
Cook and drain sausage. Separate rolls into 8 triangles. Place triangles with points toward middle of a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Press bottom and sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Spoon sausage over dough. Sprinkle with hash browns and Cheddar. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan (if desired) and bake 5 minutes more. Makes 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Main dish, Pizza.
