Ingredients/Components
- fondue beef cubes - 1 lb
- potatoes, quartered - 6 item
- carrots, sliced - 6 item
- beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
- red wine - 1/4 1/2
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Italian seasoning - 1/8 tsp
- large onion - 1 item
- dash of garlic powder - 1 item
- box hot roll mix - 1 item
How to make beef stew:
Brown beef and add wine; simmer until wine is cooked up. Add all ingredients, except hot roll mix, to meat. Cover with water; simmer until potatoes are well done, about 2 hours. Serve with bread sticks.Mix hot roll mix according to box; let rise for 45 minutes. Separate into 4 balls. Flour board; roll out dough 1/4-inch thick; cut into strips. Place into hot oil. Turn and cook until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
