- eggs - 3 item
- water - 1 c
- garlic salt - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- Italian seasoned bread crumbs - 1 item
- boneless chicken breasts - 2 pkg
- beef bouillon cubes - 2 item
How to make chicken breasts:
Marinate chicken breasts in eggs and garlic salt for 3 hours. Coat chicken in bread crumbs and brown on top of stove. Lay flat in a 15 x 10-inch pan. Mix bouillon cubes in 1 cup of water and pour over chicken. Spread shredded cheeses over chicken. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
