Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- spaghetti
- chopped pimiento - 1/2 c
- broth or water - 3/4 c
- cut up cooked chicken, or other leftover meat - 3 c
- grated sharp cheese reserve 1/4 c - 3/4 c
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Break spaghetti in half; boil and drain. Combine with the other ingredients, top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until hot clear through. Serves 6. Use a 2-quart casserole dish.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
