- boiling water - 2 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Heat oven to 350°. In deep baking dish, pour rice (uncooked), then add bouillon cubes and boiling water. Crush cubes with fork and stir mixture. Lay chicken breasts on rice; cover chicken pieces with soup. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, until rice is done. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
