Ingredients/Components
- stick oleo, melted - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- uncooked long grain rice
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- to 8 chicken breasts - 6 item
- can celery soup - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Mix first five ingredients together and put in baking dish. Salt and pepper chicken. Place chicken on top of soup mixture. Cook at 350° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Test for doneness of chicken and rice. This is real good and there is no premixing.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
