Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- chicken broth - 2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sweet green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- onion, chopped medium - 1 item
How to make louisiana chicken:
Stew and skin chicken and dice. Cook macaroni and cheese according to package directions. Saute onion and pepper in margarine. Salt to taste. Mix mushroom soup and chicken broth with flour. Mix all together and pour in large casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Chicken, Main dish.
