Crunchy parmesan chicken
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- paprika - 1 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- chicken, cut up - 2 to
- dry bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- French-fried onions, crushed - 3 oz
How to make crunchy parmesan chicken:
Combine the first 6 ingredients. Dip chicken in mixture of egg and milk. Roll chicken in dry mixture. Put in a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Pour melted butter over chicken. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until brown.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
