Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- long grain rice - 1/2 c
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- salt and pepper as desired - 1 item
- can onion soup - 1 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Melt margarine in casserole dish. Add rice over melted margarine. Pour chicken soup and 1 can of water plus onion soup and 1/2 can of water over long grain rice. Salt and pepper chicken breasts to taste. Place over rice. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
