Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- crushed Ritz crackers - 2 c
How to make chicken casserole:
Cook chicken; cool and remove from bone. Line bottom of large casserole dish with chicken. Mix soup, broth and sour cream. Pour over chicken. Top mixture with crushed Ritz crackers.
