Ingredients/Components
- boiling water
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 1 lb
- melted butter or margarine - 1 item
- pimento - 2 Tbsp
- uncooked Minute rice
- envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1/2 item
How to make chicken and rice casserole:
Place all ingredients except chicken, butter, salt and pepper in baking dish or pan. Dip chicken in melted butter, salt and pepper to taste. Cover and bake in moderate oven (375°) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
