- water
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 1/2
- long grain rice - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 1/2
- small onion, chopped - 1 item

How to make chicken and rice:
Spread rice in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Add water. Sprinkle onion over mixture. Season chicken to taste; place, skin side up, on rice mixture. Slightly dilute soup with milk; spread over top of chicken. Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
