Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/8 c
- beaten egg - 1 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- grated cheese - 3 tsp
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato paste - 1 item
- olive oil - 1/4 c
- basil leaves - 3 item
- chopped parsley - 2 tsp
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- large can Italian tomatoes - 1 item
How to make lasagne:
Place olive oil in saucepan. Add onion and garlic; brown slightly. Add tomatoes, basil leaves, salt, pepper and tomato paste; simmer for 2 hours.Meatballs: Mix thoroughly the remaining ingredients into tiny meatballs; brown in frypan with olive oil. Add to sauce for 30 minutes.
