Ingredients/Components
- small can Carnation milk - 1 item
- stick oleo - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- black pepper to taste - 1 item
- Skinner brand dumplings found in macaroni section of store
How to make chicken and dumplings:
Cut up and boil the chicken breasts until done in a large Dutch oven. Add the chicken bouillon and black pepper to taste. Add the dumplings; cook until tender. You may have to add water as you cook. Add the oleo and milk; cook no more. Cover; let stand 30 minutes to an hour before serving.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Whole chicken.
