  • butter - 1 item
  • lemon extract - 1 item
  • ice cream - 1 item
  • juice of 1 orange
  • sugar cubes - 1 item
  • large can Bing cherries - 1 item

How to make cherries jubilee:

Drain cherries well. Place in buttered Pyrex dish. Add juice of orange. Dot with brown sugar and butter (amount depending on how sweet you like it). Heat thoroughly in a 375° oven. Serve over ice cream. Top each serving with a lighted sugar cube that has been soaked in lemon extract.
