  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • shortening - 1/4 c
  • canned pumpkin - 1 c
  • raisins - 1/2 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp

How to make pumpkin cookies:

Cream shortening, sugar and pumpkin. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix and add dry ingredients. Last, add nuts and raisins. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350°.
