  • butter - 1 lb
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 3 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • white sugar
  • eggs - 3 item
  • white flour - 6 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • chocolate chips - 5 c
  • chopped walnuts - 2 c

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Melt butter. Add eggs, sugars and vanilla. Mix well. Add dry ingredients. Knead with hands. Use small ice cream scoop to drop on sprayed pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350°. Makes 10 dozen.
