Cherries jubilee
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- brandy - 1/4 c
- arrowroot or cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- red currant jelly - 2 Tbsp
- dark pitted cherries - 2 lb
- Rind and juice of 1 orange
- Grand Marnier, Cherry Heering or cherry brandy - 1 Tbsp
How to make cherries jubilee:
Drain the cherries from the jar, reserving the juice. Combine 1 Tbsp. arrowroot or cornstarch with 1/4 c. of the cherry juice.
