Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 qt
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- diced onion - 1 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- diced potatoes
- frozen mixed vegetables - 20 oz
How to make cheese soup:
Cook celery, onion, water and chicken bouillon cubes about 20 minutes. Add potatoes and mixed vegetables. Cook about 20 minutes. Add cream of chicken soup and Velveeta cheese. Lower heat and cook until ready to serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
