Portuguese potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
- paprika - 1 tsp
- slices bread, cubed - 3 item
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chopped pimento - 1/2 c
- sticks melted margarine - 2 item
- or 10 medium potatoes, boiled in jacket - 8 item
How to make portuguese potatoes:
Cube potatoes in jacket; put in large casserole dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Sprinkle cubed cheese over the potatoes, then onion, pimento, parsley, paprika and garlic salt. Melt margarine; add bread crumbs and pour over the entire casserole. Bake 25 minutesRecipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Onions.
