- salt - 1/4 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 1/4 c
- butter or margarine, softened - 1/4 c
- pecans - 1 c
- softened butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- cooked mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
- Turn mixture into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Combine mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, salt and evaporated milk, mixing until creamy. Turn mixture into buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.Topping:3/4 c. light brown sugar1 c. pecans1/4 c. all-purpose flour1/4 c. softened butter or margarine Combine brown sugar, flour, butter and crushed pecans.
